Further Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development plans for Epstein's private Caribbean island featured within the images.

Furthermore included in this new document release seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up plans to develop the 161-acre island by building residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is marked up in red pen markings and contains a notes section identifying distinct sections of the land.

Alongside the main plan are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring plans for dock shelters.

Further documentation released as part of the ongoing congressional release.
